Doing this together doesn't mean doing it the same way.

The guides who prepare your group at the start stay with you throughout the course.

You can experience it together without everyone having the same level of confidence or making the same decisions along the way.

There is no maximum age. What determines participation is whether you meet the physical requirements, not your age.

Never ziplined before?

Before the first zipline, your guides explain what you need to know and demonstrate the technique on the training line.

You don't need to arrive knowing how to zipline. You should arrive ready for a real adventure.

People arrive with different concerns.

We decided on an extended family vacation and wanted to try the canopy tour even tough several of us were afraid of heights… ages 40 to 70 all made it with smiles on our face

My mother-in-law just turned 80 years old and this was her wish list. She had no issues doing this experience

The guides (Gerald and David) were so patient with our kids, ages 6-11… The Tarzan swing, rappel, and ladder portions were all optional, which allowed the less adventurous members of our family to opt out, while those seeking the thrill were also happy

Coming with children?

Children can participate from age 5 and experience the same course as the rest of the group.

Children of five and six normally zipline with a guide for the whole course. Older children can do the first ziplines on their own, and a guide goes with them on the longest one.

Minors can participate without their parent or legal representative joining the tour. Their waiver must be signed by their parent or legal representative; if another adult accompanies them, that adult must bring the corresponding authorisation.

Not everyone has to choose every challenge.

Some challenges are part of the course. Others are your choice.

Tarzan Swing

The Tarzan Swing is optional and has its own participation requirements. If you choose not to do it, you can wait for the rest of your group and continue together afterwards.

Hollow Ficus

The descent alongside the hollow ficus and climb through its interior are optional. If you prefer to skip them, you continue directly to the next zipline from the same platform.

Either way, you continue with your group and experience the full zipline route.

What if someone decides not to continue?

There is no point of no return on the course. If someone decides they do not want to continue, they can leave from any point.

A guide will accompany them back to reception on foot.

Before you decide

The tour has participation requirements, including a minimum age of 5, a maximum weight and required footwear. Some medical or physical conditions may also affect participation.
